Deep Unreal is a very well maintained Oceanis 40 in a one asset LLC which is available to transfer if the new owner wants it. From 2008 to 2019 the boat was sailed in fresh water and it shows. Upon arriving in SF this vessel was hauled and new bottom paint applied in 2019. While at the yard the winches were serviced, a holding tank monitor installed, and bright work refinished. The bright work was recently redone in September of this year. The twin helms are each accompanied by large compass and Ray Marine instruments. The centrally placed Raymarine E80 chart plotter runs the 2019 NC Navionics chip with satellite and radar over lay. The cockpit itself can be completely protected from the elements by a full canvas cockpit enclosure. Down below, the bright and airy salon was made even more inviting with new leather upholstery throughout. Cozy warmth is provided by the diesel heater and distributed throughout the boat by an Espar 4 zone thermostat
