Outfitted from the factory with a shoal draft keel, in mast furling, air conditioning, electric anchor windlass, etc., makes this the perfect boat for thin water sailing as is the rule in SW Florida. The boat has a new bottom, with 3 coats of Trinidad SR. The bottom is professionally cleaned on a monthly basis and expertly maintained overall. Low engine hours, shows that this boat has mostly been sailed.
