This 2009 Beneteau Oceanis 31 is small enough to be easily singlehanded but has the cockpit and interior space of a larger boat, complete with two staterooms and all the amenities one would need and want to be comfortable staying aboard. Recent upgrades and additions in last two years include a new canvas dodger, and stack pack. New head and hoses, batteries, chrome anchor, life lines and Fusion stereo with cockpit speakers. The keel is the deep draft version 5' 11". Mainsail is lightly used. Jib and standing rigging are original.
PEPPER is berthed in downtown Sausalito at the desirable Sausalito Yacht Harbor. The current slip (A-20) may be transferable at the discretion of the Harbormaster.
