The Beneteau 440 is an excellent boat for cruising and entertaining. She has plenty of room that has features for a Live-a-board. The Owners have maintained and updated systems to simplify cruising and living on board. The cockpit features a walk-thru transom and a hot/cold shower. Entertaining is made easy with a two-leaf fiberglass cockpit table and teak inlay seating. Below is the roomy main salon and on the starboard side is the large dining area. There is an aft facing chart desk on the starboard side. The galley spreads along the port side. Forward is the master stateroom featuring a queen sized centerline berth with private in-suite head and shower. There are dual staterooms aft, each with its own head/shower.  Must see the condition of the spacious interior and the rich teak joiner work throughout.
