The Aloha 10.4 has been a great success for both its designer Ted Brewer, and its builder Ouyang Boatworks in Ontario, Canada. A well built cruiser with very good sailing and sea keeping qualities, the 10.4 has an exceptionally roomy functional interior with 6'4" headroom.
This design has had a long reputation for safe comfortable cruising. "Nomad" would be equally comfortable cruising the Great Lakes, Gulf islands or cruising the oceans offshore. Many of these craft have made very successful offshore passages and others continue to do so. There are not a lot of boats in standard trim that have proven to be as successful as ocean crossing vessels as the Aloha 34 have - a fine testament to good design and honest solid execution of structure.
