AVENIR is an absolutely gorgeous vessel that has been constantly maintained to exceptional standards by a knowledgeable owner. Most recent upgrades include new sails and stack packs, new cockpit enclosure, new Garhauer 316L stainless steel chain plates, teak decks re-plugged and caulked, new reverse cycle A/C; Furuno chart plotter, washer/dryer, and the list goes on.
Only 1630 hours on the diesel engine since a major overhaul.

Entering the main salon from the center cockpit/pilothouse, one is immediately struck with the awesome teak finish throughout the interior of the entire vessel (including a heavy duty teak and holly sole).The main salon features an L-shaped settee that coverts to a queen-sized berth followed by convenient access to a large refrigerator/freezer to starboard, a lounge chair, and forward facing navigation station to port.
Moving forward, down two steps, one enters a beautiful U-shaped galley with granite countertops to starboard and a dinette to port. Opposite the dinette, forward of the galley, is the enclosed guest head with vanity and Vacu-Flush toilet. Next forward is the guest stateroom with split level single port and starboard berths with settee.
From the main salon, heading aft down five steps is a laundry room to port and a second guest stateroom with over and under single berths to starboard.
Next aft is the master stateroom which features a large enclosed head with separate enclosed shower, followed by a settee to port, mid-ship drawers aft and a queen size berth, hanging locker and vanity to starboard.
There is a tremendous amount of storage in all cabins on this vessel.
