Just Listed, this ready to go Island Packet 27 is a true blue water sailor with a great layout and plenty of space and headroom below. She is so clean down below and the owners have invested in keeping her looking and sailing great. The Island Packet 27 model was highly successful cutter type rig with full keel and proven offshore capabilities. The V birth forward, quarter birth aft, and slide out starboard settee, makes for plenty of sleeping area. Two burner alcohol stove, large ice box, and double SS sink in the galley provides excellent cruising comforts. The private head has an airhead composting toilet that the owners love. The newer holding tank is still there and the owners also have the marine head if someone wanted to convert back.

This IP 27 has had many "big ticket" items have taken care of such as a newer, more powerful, three stroke Yanmar 29hp engine installed in 2015. All the standing rigging has been replaced in 2017. Other notables are;
