A USCG/USN ice-rated Arctic Survey Boat (ASB) 39020 hull was chosen as the basis for this stout vessel. Overall construction is impeccable, meeting U.S. Navy Mil-Specs and exceeding ABYC standards. Built to ship-like standards with collision bulkhead and four watertight bulkheads/hatches.
Equipped with the latest digital-stabilization that dramatically improve the ride and comfort to the extent that you feel like you have twice the boat under you and in a stiff following sea, can save your life! ERNEST HEMINGWAY can handle the roughest of seas and the toughest of conditions while providing the most stable ride you can only imagine.
This vessel also has a hydraulically activated watertight stern hatch that provides access to a drive-in tender garage unheard of for a vessel this size and large enough for a Zodiac 310 and an attached 15hp motor.
