The Wellcraft 238 Coastal is an exact example of the very reason Wellcraft became one of the most respected and well known names in boats. This 238 Coastal would be considered at least a 25 walk-around in today's standards and is as low hour and clean as it gets. This boat has benefitted tremendously from always being stored in a high and dry, and extremely light use. Her cockpit is wide open which features a transom door, rod holders, rocket launchers, rod storage, large in-deck fish box, aft rigging station with a cutting board, tackle storage, twin livewells, and a washdown.
The captain will enjoy a helm that has a full enclosure and is outfitted with a color Lowrance Elite 7 HDI Chartplotter/Fishfinder, VHF, a Fusion Stereo, and a Richie Compass. The 238 has very wide walkways port and starboard to the bow, all with a high rail to keep your crew safe if they choose sit up on the cushioned seat on the bow.
The sizeable cabin features a V-berth, porta-potty, sink, and plenty of storage.
This Wellcraft has an Johnson 225 Oceanrunner that is barely broken in.
