About the boat:
She has a landing platform across her stern that extends the outdoor living space at anchor and can be used as dinghy storage underway. The wide sugar scoops allow for easy boarding with a sturdy swim ladder for access from the water.
All lines lead to the cockpit for single-handed sailing. The plank strip on the generous trampoline provides a firm walkway for anchoring or catching a mooring ball. Two teak pulpit seats grace the bow for dolphin watching or wave riding adventure! There are two built-in steps from the foredeck to the cabin top in addition to a solid catwalk down the center of the bimini for complete access to the boom and solar panels - very rare option but so handy!
There is a cozy cockpit area with a custom cocktail table. The galley is equipped with a four burner stove and large oven. The sink is stainless steel with a separate built-in drying rack. A breakfast bar divides the galley from the saloon area. Comfortable table seating arrangements for eight with a folding table for entertainment options.
On each side of the stove are the entry ways to the guest cabins - one queen-size bed in the aft cabin with the forward cabin converted into a work room. The other side is the owner's cabin with queen size bed, office space in the middle and a full size bathroom aft with seperate shower. There is access to the quarter berth through the aft head. This is addional cabin space with access outside to the cockpit. Great for communicating with the helmsman when underway!

Ample Storage: With plenty of storage compartments throughout the catamaran, there's no shortage of space for gear, provisions, and personal belongings, making it suitable for long voyages.
Cons
Maintenance Costs: As with any vessel, maintenance can be a consideration. The dual hulls and extensive systems may require more upkeep compared to monohulls, which could lead to higher overall maintenance costs.
Initial Investment: The Voyage 440, being a well-crafted catamaran, may come with a higher price tag than some entry-level cruising options, potentially requiring a larger initial investment.
Sailing Technique: While it is user-friendly, those unfamiliar with catamarans may need a bit of time to adjust their sailing techniques. Handling may differ from monohulls, especially in strong winds or tight maneuvers.
Maneuverability in Tight Spaces: Due to its size and design, the Voyage 440 may require more finesse when navigating tight marinas or shallow bays, which could be challenging for less experienced skippers.
Windage: The profile of the vessel can increase windage, making it susceptible to being pushed off course by strong winds. This is something for skippers to be mindful of, especially in adverse weather conditions.
