This gorgeous condition Viking 44 Motor Yacht is full of character, charm and openness, which is perfect to be utilized as a live aboard vessel, a looper boat, or simply a well appointed day cruiser! You will love the open concept and how much room there is aboard, all the way from the massive, fully covered and enclosed aft deck with all new canvas and Strataglass, to the giant salon and galley encompassing the full 15' beam of the vessel. With plenty of room for entertaining, there are also sleeping accommodations for up to 8! She is a double cabin setup, with the master stateroom consisting of queen size walk-around bed, full wall dresser with drawers, cabinet storage, full length hanging lockers and a master head with stall shower and electric toilet. The forward stateroom has upper and lower berths, also with a hanging locker, storage drawers and a dressing seat with quilted cushions. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made from the dinette that converts into another bed as well as the L-shaped lounge convertible sofa in the salon. The forward head provides all your guests with another stall shower and electric toilet for use. The galley is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, sink, garbage disposal, microwave, a newly implemented ceramic cooktop with teak trim (2023), and plenty of cabinetry and counter space. Back outside, you will find the huge aft deck, complete with outdoor furniture, a beautifully refinished wooden dropdown bar, and access to the bow, bridge and helm. The bridge and helm are nicely laid out with two lounge seats with vinyl covered foam cushions, adjustable helm and companion seats, full lighted instrumentation, and easy access to your GPS, chartplotters, VHF, radio, etc. The entire bridge is also protected by a hardtop and fully enclosed by the upgraded canvas/isinglass. While this nearly 40 year old vessel is in amazing condition and pride of ownership certainly shows, there have been some recent upgrades and maintenance done as well to blend old build charm with modern day improvements. Recent improvements include but are not limited to new aft deck cushions (2025), new transmission cables (2025), all new canvas and Strataglass (2024), resurfaced top roof and pulpit (2024), new 4 speaker bluetooth stereo (2023), reinforced foredeck and Lewmar power windless, new freshwater pump and new hot water heater. All this is powered by twin Detroit Diesels (Model 6-71 TI) that are running strong and are known for their durability and reliability.
