"Last Dance" is a 1987 Viking 44' Sundeck M/Y with great running 671 Detroit Diesels. These models hold the reputation of great seaworthiness of the design to be fast, comfortable cruising boats with ample amount of storage but comforts like a trawler. This two cabin model provides very comfortable accommodations for the owner and guests with a galley and dinette down and an open salon and a large aft sundeck. This M/Y is ready for her next adventure.

44' Viking Walkthrough

Boarding this yacht can be accomplished on either the port or starboard side just forward of the sundeck or from the swim platform and up the custom spiral staircase to the aft deck. Once on the large aft deck an entrance to the salon is just off center forward and molded steps up to the flybridge are to starboard. The large foredeck can be accessed by walkways on either side of the boat. Once in the salon, the master cabin companionway is to starboard aft. Forward of the salon and down, the U-shaped dinette is to port and L-shaped galley is starboard. Forward of the galley is the boats laundry facilities with the guest head to port. The guest cabin is all the way forward in the bow.

44' Viking Accommodations

Last Dance offers a full beam master stateroom aft with a Centerline queen size berth and ensuite head with enclosed shower; a guest stateroom forward with a large single berth and an ensuite head and an enclosed shower. The dinette also converts into a double size berth.

44' Viking Salon

The Salon entrance is through the mid-starboard side through lockable double doors of the companionway from the Sundeck. The salon offers to the Starboard side the access panel for all the main breakers and switches, a nice recliner, a hidden wet bar and a working ice machine. To the port side of the salon you have a sectional sofa with barrel chair. An upper hand rail when the seas are getting a little choppy to grab onto also the salon has a stereo and sub-woofer and speakers. The large windows provide ample amount of light, but the blinds provide privacy when needed, also with the screens are nice for the fresh air to flow through the salon. The head room in the salon is 6'8".

The down galley is to Starboard which is entered from the Main salon down a few steps. The head room in the Galley is 6'6".

44' Viking Dining

Dining space is available at the dinette across from the galley to the Port side able to seat 6 comfortably. Underneath the seating has a lot of storage. Amble amount of lighting from the above windows as well as the lights attached, there is also storage compartments next to the seating. The table can convert into another sleeping accommodation for the overnight guests.

44' Viking Laundry

The washer and dryer are located forward of the galley to the starboard of the boat. Some storage is in this locker for your laundry equipment and the dryer is vented for the convenience.

44' Viking Forward Guest Stateroom

The forward guest room enters through the galley and past the forward ensuite head. The guest room offers a V-berth to the port and to the starboard is a hanging closet and drawers. The berth has reading lights, drawers underneath the berth, and a hanging locker. You can gain access to your anchor locker forward the berth. You also have a private door and access to the ensuite head. The head offers a sink, shower, electric head, storage and vanity. The berth over the V-berth is 6' x 30", with the headroom of 6'3", The shower has a headroom of 6'1

44' Viking Master Stateroom

To enter into the Master Stateroom the entrance is to the starboard aft of the Main Salon. The full beam stateroom offers a Centerline queen size berth (6'4" x 5') and storage throughout with 2 large hanging lockers, all lockers are lighted. Forward is a closet w/mirror. The lighting in this room gains it from the large windows with blinds and lamp lighting. The side windows and transom hatch open for the breeze to flow. The entrance to the aft head and separate shower stall is to the port. The large shower stall is (height of 6'3"). Also includes sink, electric head, storage and vanity. Very comfortable for two people and long stays.

44' Viking Flybridge

From the sundeck up a set of molded steps you arrive on the flybridge. The helm is aft and a large padded bench seat with storage is forward of the helm and another padded bench seat with padding is along the starboard side of the flybridge. Two captains chairs are behind the helm. The helm is fully enclosed with canvas and Isinglass, the helm features an electronic box to port of the helm, storage below and includes a helm cover. To the forward of the helm is more storage and two speakers for the Bose above while you are running.

44' Viking Aft deck

This very spacious, full beam Aft deck is entered through the molded Plexiglas wing doors on either side or from the transom gate which leads to the swim platform spiral staircase. It has a great hard top for protection from the weather, full Isinglass enclosure with sun shades, and new exterior carpet over non-skid deck. You will see teak top railing on lower fiberglass enclosure. In the pictures you can noticed it has the molded steps to the flybridge. The seating includes the 2 couches with storage underneath, a large locker/table for your chart reading and storage underneath. While sitting in the seats you can open the cabinets where there is liquor storage, a small refrigerator and sink to port.. Storage underneath for the easy excess of the storage batteries. The head room of the sundeck is 6'5".
