The Viking 43' Convertible is engineered to get you where you want to go and bring you back with speed, style and comfort. The 43' Viking - like all Vikings for decades have always been built for those who know better.
The legacy continues with the Viking 43' Convertible-the ultimate in hull design. Its modified V hull with sharpened forefoot and pronounced flare slices through the sea for a soft, dry ride. The aft planing fairbody makes the hulI plane more easily for both fuel efficiency and high speed. Reverse radiused chines create exceptional tracking and maneuverability.
This performance was arrived at not by chance, but by applying the highest standards in hull design and construction quality. Advanced aerospace materials and the latest construction processes are used to produce the highest possible strength-to-weight ratio.
All this technology translates into one of the most seaworthy convertibles ever. Whether blasting out to where the big ones lurk or just spending a day of leisurely cruising, the 43' outperforms even her closest competition hands down.
The flybridge sets new standards for space and design with its ergonomic wraparound helm that keeps the instruments in your natural line of sight. The boat has a sleek hardtop, and the flybridge seats 10.
This Viking was repowered with twin Cummins diesels that accelerate the computer-engineered hull to speeds of over 30 knots. These power plants are housed in a full-beam, acoustically isolated engine room, easily reached by a convenient, liftup access. The engines are secured with Viking's exclusive engine mount system, which uses solid steel wide-flange beams bolted to dedicated bulkheads to prevent torsional stress.
For landing big-game catches, the 43's spacious 113 sq. ft. cockpit stands ready, loaded with all the wellthought-out sportfishing features you expect from Viking, including a built-in 8-drawer tackle center with chill box; bait prep area; transom door and an eightfoot long fish well. The helm is a Captain's dream with all controls, systems and information at your fingertips. There is a cockpit grill for cooking today's catch or steaks.
For entertaining, Viking made the lavish teakrich interior the benchmark for all luxury sportfish and cruising convertibles with an expansive L shaped lounge (with convertible bed), and a complete entertainment center.
The convenient one-step-down galley (with all the amenities) creates an unobstructed sense of space. Just below is a comfortable teak-appointed guest stateroom with a full-size hanging locker and upper and lower berths.
Moving further forward is a luxurious master stateroom with a walk-around queen-size bed, two full-length teak lockers and a private head. The convenience of abundant storage allows for comfortable cruising.
We encourage you call to make an appointment to visit your next boat.
