Overview
If you are considering a fast express style fishing boat, the AFTER U is an incredible value. In the 1980's and early 1990's the 39 Royale was one the best selling boats sport fish yachts on the market! It was designed to appeal to the upscale end of the family cruiser market as well as to the style-conscious anglers, the Royale remains a sexy design today. She was built on a modified-V hull with a moderate beam, sweeping sheer, and generous flare at the bow - a good open-water design with excellent low-speed stability and good turns at speed. The Royale's comfortable interior features a spacious head with separate stall shower, a full galley, generous storage, and a convertible U-shaped dinette. Note that the helm is to port - very unusual - and a unique three-compartment helm station keeps all of the electronics within view. Additional features include a cockpit tackle center with sink and freezer, a lift-out fish box, and recessed trim tabs. She'll cruise at a fast 30 knots with 485 HP 6-71's and reach 33-34 knots top.Engines- Detroit 671 TIB's 485 HP
