Totally updated example of the highly popular Tolly 44 cockpit motor yacht. Very knowledgeable owner has made this restoration his passion for the last 3 years. Only a change in boating plans makes this turn key boat available. A list of numerous updates are in the descriptions but these are in addition to:
- Replaced helm switch plates and switches
- Reupholstered FB helms chairs
- Cleaned up old wiring and painted under helm
- Replaced all aluminum trim and J drip edge with new Taco black edging
- Replaced soffit wood with PVC
- Repainted feature stripe on bridge
- Installed new dinghy chocks on aft deck
- New running lights
- Polished fuel tanks
- Installed all new rub rail with PVC and stainless insert
- Cleaned and resealed all windows with Dow 795 no leaks and looks great
- Repainted all window frames
- Complete interior update carpet, drapes wall covering and all soft goods
- All new mirrors
- New LED lighting interior
- Re-bedded port lights
- Painted engines, complete detail with new flooring
- New toilets, hoses and macerator pumps
- New interior teak fixed doors to replace old accordion type
- Replumbed lazarette drain lines
- Replaced all above waterline thru-hull fittings
