SALON: The Dinette/Lounge is located opposite the Galley on the starboard side. The table is a high and low pedestal mount. It will convert into a single upper berth and double lower berth. The interior has a full mold and mildew resistant headliner and fully carpeted floor. The stateroom is forward with an inline berth with storage underneath. In the stateroom is a hanging locker, reading lamps, full privacy sliding door and hullside shelves.
GALLEY: The Galley has a corain fiberglass countertop and a corain sink with pressure hot and cold water system. To the left of the sink is an AC/DC refrigerator with a separate freezer. There is a microwave oven, two burner electric stove and substantial Galley storage.
DECK: Everything about the look of the deck is great! There is a large cockpit. At the upper cockpit, there is an aft cockpit lounge w/storage underneath. On the port side there is a very comfortable curved companion seat with a cooler and storage. The helm seat is very comfortable with excellent visibility. Behind the seat is a wet bar, ice maker and a seat facing into the cockpit. The sliding companionway door with mosquito screen is in the center of the vessel. The gunwale is wide and comfortable when walking up to the bow. There is a hand rail on the side of the windshield. The windshield is made of aluminum and is custom welded by Tiara Yachts. The windshield has a center vent with actuator. There are three wiper blades with washers. Forward on the deck are three Bomar deck hatches. The whole deck area is covered with Tiara's famous diamond non-skid.
HEAD: In the head is a Corian Countertop with sink, a mirrored vanity above the sink, good storage and a shower. The head is a vacu-flush unit.
ELECTRONICS: Full Raytheon Package including: *Note: There is one C-map with these: RayPilot 650; L750 LCD fishfinder; Beacon receiver; 112 LP GPS SeaTalk; 4 kw 24" Radome; Raychart R70 w/7" LCD; Ray 220 VHF w/remote.
MECHANICAL: Twin 5.9M3 Cummins Engines w/Air; automatic rope/chain anchor windlass system; air conditioning at the adjustable; helm seat; 5.0 kw generator; engine synchronizer; oil changing system; air conditioning w/reverse.
ELECTRICAL: Dual 30 amp service w/50' dockside power cords; battery charger (40 amp); two bank 12V battery system (w/2 gel cell batteries w/isolator switches); reverse polarity indicators; electrical bonding system; AM/FM/CD Clarion with amp; water heat exchange (6 gallons); Tiara distribution panel.
HULL: The 35 Open features a rounded design with a softer look with a nice sweep on the Gunwale. The construction is fantastic. All materials are of the highest quality. The hull is hand laid. All underwater seacocks are bronze. She has a molded pulpit. The dead rise at the Transom is 18%. The hull has prop pockets. The swim platform is molded into the transom. It looks very sharp. She has a transom door/gate.
