This boat had a recent interior restoration & her below-deck woodwork has been lovingly refurbished.

A wonderful example of the Sparkman & Stevens designed Tartan 40.  The design has proven to be a very successful multi-purpose yacht for long-range cruising, as a weekender and a true performance-oriented daysailer.  Many have also been used as club racers.  This is a very comfortable, well put together, finely crafted 40 footer that sails beautifully.  The Tartan 40 offers plenty of living space, as well as privacy.  Beautiful interior teak, 2 staterooms, large galley.

Upgraded to a Yanmar 55 HP with 1500 hours and in great condition; recent Garmin chart plotter; sails in good condition; deck & topsides recently painted; lots of new equipment.

A Must See.  The owner is excited about his next boat, so she is priced to sell.
