You can only replace an existing dock of equal or greater size. (Any dock or footprint that you are replacing cannot be smaller than 251/sqft.) If you do not have any attached docks on your Floating Cabin's TVA registration you can apply for up to 400/sqft of an attached dock and you could add this dock & one or two PWC ports to your footprint with TVA's approval as long as the total attached footprint is less than 400sqft.
Waterfront Property Owners - Can be used as a Private Dock w/Appropriate TVA Permit & Gangway Added.
