CLASSIFICATION & MANAGEMENT

Classification

• The Yacht described in the Specification, including its machinery, equipment and systems will be built in accordance with the following rules and regulations:
• RINA Rules for Classification of Pleasure Yachts, Class Notation C HULL • MACH Y.
• Requirements set forth by the Flag Authority, which are additional to both the Class Notation and this specification will be assessed on an individual basis. Any feasible adjustments will be subsequently quoted

Representatives

• Sirena Marine shall assign a Project Manager to facilitate communication with the owner’s designated representative
• The identity of the appointed Project Manager will be communicated by Sirena Marine within one week of the contract’s execution
• The Owner shall appoint a single Representative to act on their behalf, and this Representative's details will be provided to Sirena Marine within one week post the signing of the Contract.
• Consultants engaged by the Owner are required to coordinate directly with the Owner’s Representative.
• The selection process for materials or equipment by the Owner, or their Representative, shall align with the schedule issued by Sirena Marine at the time of the Contract’s execution.
• The communication language will be English.

Change Orders

• Modifications to the design, construction, furnishing, equipment, and similar aspects that will affect the price, weight, stability, speed. Range, and delivery timeline, or any other specifications or drawings will be implemented only after a written agreement is reached between the owner and Sirena Marine on a change order form.
• Please note that any increase in weight may result in a decrease in both speed and range
• Sirena Marine will consider change requests from the Owner’s Representative, as long as these requests do not contradict the Specification. There requests must be made before Sirena Marine has sent the contraction drawing to the production department, placed the order, or commenced the work related to the request.
• Sirena Marine reserves the right to decline any change requests made within the final eight months before the agreed-upon delivery date.
