Well loved and highly maintained Yanmar diesel powered 36 Convertible. Low hours on her at under 600. These boats are very desired as one of the few shaft driven diesel powered vessels under 40'. Pride of ownership shows on this vessel as she has had a recent full cooler service with all removed, cleaned, re gasketed and pressure tested. Her original Kohler gen developed a raw water leak which lead to it getting rusty, owner opted to have a new generator installed versus repairing the original. All annual services always performed on schedule as well as washing and waxing. Bottom job performed about a year ago. Batteries swapped out in 12-24. 2 stateroom 1 head layout with separate shower in master. Modern Garmin recently installed at helm, new KVH dome also recently swapped out. Easy to handle and maintain vessel! Located at Gulf Harbour Marina and Country club on the river in Ft Myers. Slip is optioned to sell if new buyer would wish to continue to berth there.
