For instance, the hydraulic swim platform, reportedly a $30,000 option, makes loading your dinghy a snap. Lower the platform 3 or 4 feet into the water and simply pull your dinghy onto the cradle, lift the platform back up and go. No ugly davits to wrestle with or maintain, just lower, stow, lift and go.

To make docking easier, this 460 has a bow thruster installed.
