Accommodations
Starting forward is a large, asymmetrical V berth with hanging locker to starboard and overhead hatch. Proceeding aft through the sliding privacy door one enters the main salon with a U shaped convertible dinette to port with a single settee across. The interior is finished with rich mahogany throughout the exception of the teak and holly sole. This is good solid wood as opposed to the thin veneered plywood found in most production yachts. Aft of the dinette is the galley and aft of starboard is the the head with vanity, sink, shower, shower sump and hanging locker. Aft of the galley is the entrance to the aft cabin with large split V berths and hanging lockers. The large hatches and ample headroom in both cabins create a very comfortable and roomy feeling in a compact vessel. There is a holding tank with Y valve for offshore discharge where permitted.
Galley
The galley is equipped with two-burner and grill propane stove Vanessa Flavel. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, Microwave (2016), and icebox. There is plenty of storage above and below the work area. The cabinet doors and slides are wood not plastic and doors are fitted with bronze push button catches.
Deck
Full draft with keel stepped mast. Two anchors, a Bruce and Danforth with chain and rode. All lines are led aft for reefing without leaving the cockpit. There are three opening hatches and six opening ports. The dodger, bimini and eisenglass enclosure is recent (2018) and in good condition. The cockpit has had a custom shower station installed. A custom cockpit storm cover conveys with the vessel.
Sails
Hood Mainsail and 130 Genoa in good condition. Spinnaker style gennaker with shoot bag convey with sale. Primary winches are self tailing two speed and coach roof mounted winches are standard type one speed with lines run through stoppers. There is an adjustable back stay for enhanced upwind performance.
Electrical
Shore power is supplied via a 30a shore power cord to support a 110v SS 6 gal hot water heater and 110v outlets.3000W inverter (2026)There is a battery charger to manage the 12v system.2ea. 100w solar panels (2021) with charge controller charging two 12v Battery banks.All Cabin lighting upgraded to LED fixtures (2022)Digital TV 12v / 110v (2022)
