Venture 2 is a 1996 43' Sabreline offering a 2 stateroom, 2 head layout, classic Herreshoff style interior finish, lower and upper helms, twin Caterpillar 3208 main engines, new Cummins Onan 7.5 kW generator and a beautiful Flag Blue Awlgrip hull. Regular maintenance (records onboard) has been handled by her experienced owner and Campbell's Boatyard in Oxford. She is Great Loop capable.
From the swimplatform, you step up the fold down transom gate into the aftdeck, where you can walk out on either side deck to the foredeck; or to the side access doors to the salon; or step up on the port side to the trunk cabin deck. There is a companionway from the trunk cabin deck down to the salon or steps up to the flybridge.
Stepping into the salon via the trunk cabin companionway, there is L-shaped couch seating with storage and a coffee table starboard, lower helm with side deck access door starboard side forward, to port there is storage, liquor cabinet and entertainment cabinetry and a desk and side deck access door port side forward. Walk aft in the salon and step down, you will find the full-beam master stateroom with ensuite head and enclosed shower. Walk forward in the salon and step down to find the galley to port and guest stateroom with ensuite head and enclosed shower forward.
