2001 Sabreline 36 Hard Top Express

This 2001 Sabreline 36 Hard Top Express was ahead of its time, blending classic Downeast

lines with a fully enclosed helm deck for comfortable cruising in all conditions. Powered by 315

hp Yanmar direct-drive inboards with only 825 hours, she has been lightly used and

mechanically well maintained.

A St. Croix davit system on the transom makes handling your tender easy, and the transom

door simplifies boarding. Below the cockpit sole you'll find generous storage and a Raritan ice

maker, while the aft-facing seat and room for deck chairs create a welcoming space to enjoy the

breeze.

The helm deck is thoughtfully arranged, with a portside bench and forward mate's seat opposite

the captain's chair. The owner has added a 12" Simrad display, complementing the chartplotter,

radar, autopilot, and full Yanmar engine instrumentation-all within easy reach and excellent

sightlines.

Step below and you're greeted by a warm, traditional interior featuring a U-shaped dinette with

teak table. The portside galley includes a full oven with three-burner cooktop, stainless sink with

pull-out faucet, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, along with ample cabinetry above and below.

Forward, the spacious V-berth offers a filler cushion, hullside storage, and a cedar-lined hanging

locker, with recessed lighting and a hatch for ventilation.

On deck, the foredeck is a comfortable spot at anchor, equipped with well-placed cleats and

chocks, a windlass with foot switches, and dual anchor lockers for lines and fenders.

Overall, she presents nicely for her vintage. The exterior brightwork is ready for fresh varnish,

and some topside cosmetic crazing is present-nothing a bit of attention wouldn't resolve to

bring her back to her full glory. A great opportunity to get aboard and enjoy the rest of the New

England summer.
