A Classic Ed Monk designed diesel cruiser that combines handsome lines with a versatile layout and solid fiberglass construction. Slender, easily driven hull offers better speed and economy that most modern semi-displacement designs.
The high strength hull is molded one piece fiberglass reinforced laminate, with six mahogany longitudinal stringers. All stringers, bulkheads and interior structural hull components are fiberglass bonded to the hull for added strength. The heavy-duty hull construction process is hand lay-up method with eleven alternate layers of mat and 24-ounce woven roving on the bottom, thirteen on the keel. All metal fastenings are stainless steel with bronze fastenings used only on bronze fixtures.
