This Rhodes Yawl has amazing pride of ownership, has been meticulously maintained. The seller has been involved in the families boatyard business for two generations. "KOCHAB" gets hauled out every two years for bottom paint and to replace through hull fittings when needed. She's been re-powered in 2000 with a Westerbeke, 30B THREE Engine, 30 HP. The sailboat is incredibly stable and sails with ease. It has a tiller with an auto pilot. Comes with a roller furling Genoa 150% and a newer Mainsail purchased in 2005 (Ullman). This well-maintained vessel also comes with a boat cover and boom awning.
