Amenity list reads like a high-end condo, including built-in vacuum system, 2 separate HVAC systems, fridge, freezer, ice maker, new digital tv, DVD with 5.1 surround, walk-in shower, built-in hair dryer, lots of storage.
Approx.180 hours. Fewer than 20 hours since major service on both engines, including replaced exhaust manifolds, impellers, serviced cool fuel modules and 3 new marine batteries. Micron 66 bottom paint. All new zincs recently. Boat includes a FreedomLift, a $25,000 hydraulic dingy lift system with remote control. Kohler generator. Raymarine chart plotter and radar (radar unit included but not installed).
