ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT

Navigation Desk: Two (2) locations; aft to port in the saloon, equipment detailed below. The full

sized desk with chart table in the starboard hull amidships, electronics obsolete,

abandoned in place, to include Satellite TV system, Inmarsat phone, weather fax,

EPIRB system and VGA monitor.

ICOM MC-424G, VHF radio with DSC, Command Mic at the helm station,

powered on, sent and received on Channel 9, bridgetenders.

Simrad Elite 7, powered on, stand alone unit for navigation fail over.

Simrad AI50, Class B AIS transponder, powered on, displayed targets on stand

alone screen, also integrated with Raymarine Axiom chart plotter at helm.

Simrad AP22, control head powered on, installed as a backup to the Raymarine

autopilot at the helm. Owner reported that the Raymarine linear drive was

compatible with the Simrad unit. Raymarine and Simrad ECU’s installed in

close proximity to each other, port aft inboard side of the engine compartment.

Helm Station:

VHF Radio: Navigation: Radar: Autopilot: Data Display: Compass: Engine Controls: Engine Instruments: ICOM Command Mic, powered on, hailed bridge tenders on channel 9.

Raymarine Axiom 12” MFD, reported to be installed 12/22, displayed charts,

speed over ground, radar and AIS overlay.

Raymarine Quantum 2, 24D doppler radar, 18” radome, reported to be installed

12/22, installed on starboard spreader, powered on, displayed targets.

Raymarine P70 control head, ACU-400 and Type 2 linear drive installed in port

hull, aft. Powered on, serviceable during sea trials.

Raymarine i70 wind display, two (2) i70 data displays, reportedly installed 12/22,

all powered on, serviceable throughout the survey.

Plastimo Olympic 135, clear globe, no fluid loss, consistent with bearing on chart

plotter, not verified for accuracy, recommend swinging the compass periodically.

Dual single lever throttle and shift controls, cables well secured at transmission

and throttle levers, port and starboard, no corrosion, serviceable during sea trials.

Two (2) Volvo engine control panels, analog tachometer with LCD display

under, alarms for oil pressure, coolant temperature, audible lit alarms, key start

and stop button. Both panels serviceable, however the LCD displays did not

power on during the survey. The owner reported he last saw the hours displayed

while in Georgetown, Bahamas, early April. The owner stated 1860 hours at that

time, approximately 100 hours as of the date of the survey




Galley

GALLEY UP:

Layout: Countertops: The galley was positioned in a “U” shape to port forward of the navigation desk

with sink inboard, refrigerator forward, stovetop and dishwasher outboard.

Light-colored Corian countertop with top opening circular port over trash bin, no

damage to countertop sighted, good condition.

Cabinetry: Stovetop: Refrigerator: Sink(s): Varnished cherry finish on cabinets, doors and drawers; shelf with storage

compartments under and over along the forward bulkhead, cabinets under the

countertop and sink, all in very good condition.

Stainless steel Empana four (4) burner LPG stove, serviceable.

Front opening stainless steel Frigoboat 12 V refrigerator, powered on.

Double basin stainless steel sink with stainless hot and cold pressure water tap,

serviceable.

Whirlpool dishwasher, not tested, reported to be inoperable, see findings.

Dishwasher: NAVIGATION DESK:

Layoiut: Cabinetry: Aft of the port cabin passageway, navigation desk with electronics, electrical

panels overhead, seat with storage under.

Cherry finished varnished hardwoods and veneers, desktop compartment, finish

in very good condition, no damage or excess wear.

Stool with matching blue colored fabric and cherry wood finish, good condition.

Chart lamp with red light mounted on articulating arm, powered on.

Chair: Light Fixture(s): GALLEY DOWN:

Layout: Opening Ports: Oven: Microwave: Freezer: Light Fixtures: Handrail(s): Down four (4) step companionway, outboard hull side had wall oven aft,

microwave forward, with shelf over and three (3) large storage cabinets under,

freezer opposite with two large storage cabinets.

Above the microwave oven was an aluminum framed opening port with window

treatment, port openend and closed securely, no signs of water intrusion..

Eno LPG oven built-in, not tested, serviceable as sighted.

Built-in Whirlpool microwave was forward of the stove powered on, serviceable.

Side opening Frigoboat Freezer, 12 V, powered on.

Recessed overhead light mounted in ceiling panel, powered on.

Curved varnished wood handrail for companionway, well secured, very good condition.
