Mystic is a well maintained and continuously upgraded 2001 Privilege 435 EZC. She is a proven blue water cruiser that is equipped for extended adventures and ICW friendly. Her 800ah lithium bank (2020) and 1,380W solar array allow for comfortable off-grid living powering the vessel's systems with ease. The 5kw Northern Lights generator handles the three MarineAir units and the Sea Recovery watermaker.
The vessel was re-powered in 2013 with 39hp Yanmar 3JH5Es (currently ~1,350 hrs) and had the SD31 saildrives rebuilt in 2024. Standing rigging was fully replaced in 2022 along with a new mainsail and code zero in 2021. She also had all thruhulls and seacocks replaced in 2024 when hauled for a bottom paint job.
Mystic follows the Privilege Catamarans ethos of quality over quantity and represents what a solid cruising catamaran should look like. She is a turn-key option ready for the next adventure! She most recently sailed the East Coast and Caribbean and is now available for showings in Hilton Head, South Carolina or by virtual tour!

Pros
Spacious and Comfortable Layout: The Privilege 435 offers generous living spaces, including multiple cabins and ample salon area, making it ideal for extended cruising or liveaboard comfort.
Solid Construction: Built with quality materials and attention to detail, the 2001 model is known for its durability and robust build, contributing to longevity and safety.
Stable and Seaworthy: As a catamaran, it provides excellent stability under sail and at anchor, reducing heel and enhancing comfort.
Good Performance: The Privilege 435 delivers respectable sailing performance for a cruising catamaran, balancing speed and ease of handling.
Well-Equipped: Often comes with a range of features including modern navigation systems, comfortable deck layouts, and practical storage solutions.
Cons
Maintenance Costs: As with many high-quality catamarans, upkeep and repairs can be more expensive compared to monohulls or smaller vessels.
Size and Maneuverability: The 43-foot length and twin hulls can make handling in tight marina spaces more challenging without experience or assistance.
Initial Purchase Price: The Privilege 435 tends to be priced higher than some other cruising catamarans of similar size, reflecting its build quality and features.
Limited Deck Space for Some Activities: While spacious below deck, deck areas might feel more compact compared to larger catamarans when it comes to sunbathing or social gatherings.
