"R & R" is a single owner Prestige 420, built in France. She has great service history, and is ready to go cruising tomorrow. She features twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 (2 x 370 HP), with pod drives and 3-station joystick docking and maneuvering.
Exterior features include a drop-down swim platform that can carry the 2019 Apex 11 A-11 RIB with Tohatsu 20HP outboard, a large cockpit with outdoor settee and wood table, sunpad area forward, and up an angle set of steps, a generous flybridge with an extra helm, L-shaped settee, sunpad, BBQ and fridge.
In the interior, she has the general layout of a sedan style vessel, with modern design upgrades that make it a very practical cruiser. She has two cabin and two heads, each in their own parts of the vessel, with the VIP and day head forward, and the Primary cabin midship with it's own ensuite head.
The galley is immediately when you open the wide sliding doors, which means that it's perfectly located in between the cockpit and salon seating. The salon seats, meanwhile, are next to the helm and therefore are an excellent place to co-pilot and enjoy the views.

- Layout - 2 cabins, 2 heads. The Primary cabin is mid ship, accessed near the Galley, and has it's own ensuite head. Forward, down four steps is the VIP cabin, and the Day/VIP Head is accessible from the hallway or the VIP cabin.

Galley:
The galley is immediately when you enter the interior, with the L-shaped counter to starboard, and the fridge/freezer and microwave to port. This gives you perfect access when using either the salon or cockpit to entertain.

- TV - Samsung 28-inch smart TV, mounted on bracket across from settee.
- Bar - Under the TV is a storage with plexiglass doors that will house a full complement of bottles and glasses.
- Windows - Nearly 360 glass views, with manually-opening windows to port and starboard.

Helm Station:
The helm station is located to starboard, by the settee, and comfortably sits one. There is an opening window to communicate outside and for air.
- Helm Chair - Dark grey matte finish settee, sits one. The back rest can be swivelled to face towards the settee.
- Engine Displays - Volvo engine display. Will read rpm, speed, oil pressure, battery voltage, fuel burn, distance to empty, etc. The Raymarine chartplotter has updated wiring to read engine data and fuel tank capacity.
- Joystick - Volvo Penta joystick for docking and maneuvering.
- Shifter - Volvo Penta shifter, with station select, throttle only mode.

Forward VIP Cabin:
The forward VIP cabin features a custom Queen-sized island berth, with two steps to get up easily. The cabin is nicely appointed in oak wood, with carpet pads for most of the flooring. There are nice flat surfaces around the bed for your things, and lots of cabinetry for storage.
There is a direct door to the forward head.

Forward Head:
The Forward Head is accessible from the hallway just down the stairs, or from the forward cabin, through two doors. It's split into two spaces, the vanity area and the shower stall with electric head.

Primary Cabin (midship):
The Primary cabin is located midship and is full beam. There is a separate set of stairs to port, just before the settee in the salon, to access this cabin and the ensuite head. When you come down the stairs, there is the king size bed with custom mattress with the top of the bed on the starboard side. To port is a vanity storage, with hanging locker and three cubbies, and forward is the head.

Hull and Deck:
The Prestige 420 is a modern sedan-style vessel, with a large swim platform that can be hydraulically lowered to hoist a tender. Stepping into the large cockpit is a forward facing settee for 5-6, with a teak table that can be opened. There are large mirrored sliding doors to get inside. From the cockpit you can access via a stainless steel and teak step angled ladder the flybridge. The flybridge is an inviting space with a siting area, a helm station, bar and sunpad.
To go to the foredeck you have a wide walkway to port or starboard, with plenty of railing. The foredeck has a large sunpad that is split into three sections.

Further aft is console that houses the electric BBQ under a lid, and a fridge. Finally, there is an L-shaped settee in the starboard-aft corner, with a table that opens up. Also features a bimini top with lighting intergrated.
