Classic Sportfish - Two Owner Boat!
Founded in 1957 by Russell Post, Post Marine was a limited production builder of traditional Jersey-style sportfishing boats. The name Post was synonymous� with traditional mahogany and teak interiors, high-production standards and tournament level fishability.
This classic 46 Convertible shows pride ofÃ? ownership having been well maintained by both the present and former owners.Ã? Ã?Â
The Post 46 Convertible features two staterooms and two heads. The salon is massive with a galley down. The hull sides were recently waxed and the exterior woodwork refinished. The boat runs well and the J&T diesels have served both owners well.
Note: Sooner or later virtually all boat bottoms develop blisters.� Even though this Post hull is 34 years old, no worries about blisters. The bottom was completely reskinned and then covered with all new barrier coating and bottom paint. The main fuel tank was pulled and new one installed.
