The Pearson 37 offers a large island double that's the answer to the climb over! The Pearson 37, from the design board of Bill Shaw, is a perfect couple's cruiser. The large salon features a pull out double to port if you have overnight guests. Opposite there's two seats on starboard and a centerline double leaf table. Midship to starboard is a large nav station, followed by good sized head with separate stall shower! The modern galley to port has plenty of storage spaces, drawers, cupboards and counter tops to prepare for the guests in style. A large fridge/freezer, propane stove/oven, microwave and large kitchen sized sink round out the food prep area. There's Hot and cold water in the galley, head, shower and cockpit shower. Under the removable steps is an easy access engine room housing the Yanmar 30 HP diesel engine. There's plenty of headroom for you taller folks, plenty of hatches and opening ports. But why open anything when there's Air Conditioning and heat! So what do you do when at anchor and want the AC, turn on the 4KW Mase' generator! The large cockpit has two big storage lockers and plenty of space for your guests. All the lines are led aft to self-tailing winches and the mainsail has lazy jacks to rein in the Harken-Battcars tracked main sail. One of the real highlights of this boat is the drop down transom helm seat/swim ladder! The wing keel with only 4'8" draft lets you get into those shallow harbors without sacrificing performance. The 135% Genoa is on a Harken roller furler and there's a 100% jib which can be fitted to the self-tacking track. While lounging in the cockpit, there's a Dodger and Bimini to protect you from the elements.
The electronics package consists of; Standard Horizon VHF, Helm compass, B&G Hydra 330 and Autohelm autopilot. There are gauges for Volts, amps, and the Tank Tender watches the fuel, water, and waste.
There's also a Tru-charge battery charger/monitor and an upgraded 100 amp Balmar alternator and 110V shorepower.
