In sail away condition, this very popular cruiser has a newer Yanmar Diesel (2001 3GM30F with less than 100 hours), new interior cushions, barrier coated in 2002, basic electronics, ground tackle, full battened main with Lazy Jacks and everything needed to cruise away today.  The engine looks and runs like new.  She will sleep 5 comfortably and has a practical cockpit layout for user friendly cruising.  Owned by a marine professional and priced to sell.

The Pearson 323 is a sloop rig with fin keel, skeg rudder and keel stepped mast. 
She was repowered in 2001 with a 27 HP Yanmar, V-drive, new engine mounts, shaft, cutlass bearing and dripless shaft seal.  The engine has less than 100 hours. She has basic electronics and winter storage is included. 


Down below port-side stern she has a nice galley with ice box, alcohol stove and pressure cold water sink.  To starboard aft there is a chart table, book shelf and storage locker.  Going forward on the starboard side there is an adjustable U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth.  Opposite on the port side is a settee/single berth.  Forward is a private V-berth, storage, bureau and shelves.  Just aft of the forward cabin is the head with a hanging locker opposite on the port side.  She has shore power. Autopilot.  Her sail inventory consists of a full battened mainsail with Lazy Jacks, new 150 Genoa, 130 Genoa, and spare jib and mainsail.  She is in excellent condition for her age and she is ready to go.
