This very popular Pearson 303 which in addition to having a nice, roomy interior, has also had recent upgrades and additions. A great coastal cruiser for the family with all of the comforts found on much larger boats.
Overview

Classic interior layout featuring a forward master V-berth stateroom with excellent storage and a privacy door. Next aft to starboard is the large enclosed head compartment, and across to port is a hanging locker. The salon features settee berths port and starboard with storage underneath & outboard, and the large bulked mounted fold-down dining table is a well-designed feature. A generous quarter berth is aft to starboard, and the L-shaped galley is to port. Access to the diesel auxiliary is excellent underneath the companionway ladder. The easy to maintain Formica and teak trimmed interior is light and airy due to two large overhead hatches and four opening portlights. Headroom is excellent at over 6'.

L-shaped galley, pressure hot and cold water with s/s sink, two burner alcohol stove, single burner butane stove, and large insulated ice box.

  • Recently cleaned Bottom and new zinc. It has a 30 amp Iota battery maintainer and a new 12 amp ProMariner with warranty
