The Catalina 36 MKII is the Mark II version of Catalina's best-selling 36-foot cruiser, a spacious, easy-handling two-cabin boat with a well-earned reputation as one of the most comfortable and practical cruising sailboats in its class.
This 2002 example has always been a freshwater boat. Originally sold on Lake Texoma, she was moved about three years ago to Lake Ray Hubbard, where she has been kept ever since. With only 338 hours on her Universal diesel, a brand-new never-used genoa, and a new bimini, she presents as a clean, low-hour freshwater cruiser.
She was built with the shoal-draft wing keel, only 4'5" of draft. Interior and exterior are in very clean condition; she will need compound and wax to bring back her original shine.
