FIRST AND FOREMOST

A WORLD CLASS CRUISING YACHT

"DUET" IS A BLUEWATER SAILING YACHT READY NOW FOR YOUR MOST ARDUOUS OCEAN PASSAGES!

"PRICED TO SELL" SHE OFFERS HER OWNERS "ENDURING VALUE"

The Passport 470 AC is a  purpose built boat, outfitted for Ocean voyages, with an outstanding blend of cruising comfort and speed. With the Passport 470 AC Robert Perry created an exceptional sailboat for the cruising couple/ family, with broad reaching speeds (under sail) at well over 9 knots. Features included with this offering range from redundant energy sources, huge tankage (214 fuel and 160 water), watermaker and good sail inventory to custom interior appointments. All of which makes "Duet" a very special opportunity for the sailor planning to spend time in the Islands or extended passage making.

Duet, a one owner boat, is a brilliant voyaging platform designed by Robert Perry and built by one of the very best boat builders currently in existence. The build quality is evident from the moment you step aboard and even more so when you go below. The teak joinery is elegant and cabinetry storage abounds, the light ceiling panels with teak battens give a spacious feeling, and the gleaming stainless steel opening ports are clean and modern. There is no denying Duet is an exceptional yacht!

The refined hull shape with a sharp entry, adequate beam of 14'2", long cruising fin keel and skeg rudder make this vessel a true "blue water" passage maker. With her waterline of almost 40 feet she is exceptionally swift and her custom powerful rig enables her to go to weather easily. As any good offshore boat should have, she is equipped with a removable inner forestay and storm staysail. In fact Duet has been specifically designed for performance sailing with a custom low aspect mainsail with enlarged roach, optimizing sail area and performance. Comfortably spacious and pleasing to the eye she is, first and foremost, a Sailors Sailboat. If you want performance you will not be disappointed.

Her fastidious and knowledgeable owners have maintained and upgraded Duet to a level most of us could only hope to achieve. She is kept to a very high standard without regard to expense or effort needed.

Since new she has comfortably and safely cruised from Maine to Florida, Bermuda, the Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean. Most importantly, she is ready to go again! Ocean passages are her pedigree!

Her current owners look forward to fully acquainting her future Captain and Admiral with all of Duets exceptional features, from sailing to systems! They are selling Duet only because of their desire to move to power ultimately, a natural transition in the world of sailing!

Please allow us the opportunity to introduce you to "Duet" today! Owners are on board and welcome your most thorough inspection.
