VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
PARTYARTIE is a 48' Ocean yachts convertible, two cabin model with the galley down to starboard. She features a very large and spacious salon for entertaining. She has a large well laid out flybridge and a cockpit that is well equipped for fishing. She is powered by a pair of 600 hp 3176 Caterpillars giving her speeds in excess of 30 knots.
Entering the salon there is a large U-shaped ultra leather sofa with a Hi-lo dining table to port. To starboard is a wet bar with sink and a barrel chair with table. Forward and to starboard is a breakfast bar with two stools and the entertainment center with TV and stereo is located on the forward salon bulkhead. The salon windows feature mini blinds and fabric valences.
The large galley is forward and down to starboard and features an upright refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave oven, trash compactor, loads of cabinet storage space and a teak and holly floor. The Laundry center with full size stacked washer and dryer is forward of the galley.
The Master Stateroom is to port with a centerline queen bed, drawer and hanging locker storage and ensuite private head with shower.
Forward is the guest cabin with upper/lower berths to port and a hanging locker with cabinets to starboard. There is a private entrance to the guest head. This head is also accessible from the companionway and doubles as the day head.
