The "Gloria Jean", 1986 Ocean Yachts, is basically a new boat in spite of its year. It has been totally up-graded from the engine room up to the bridge. The owner is a high end custom home builder and has applied his expertise and craftsmanship in making this yacht into a one of a kind, three stateroom model. The engines have been rebuilt with only 300 approximate hours on 671TIB Detroitââ¬â¢s. The 10K Kholer generator, with sound shield has very low hours. The engine room has been painted with brilliant white Imron. All original systems on this yacht have been replaced and upgraded, including but not limited to generator, hot water heater, 2 head Vacu Flush sanitation system, Cruisaire 2 zone heat and air conditioning. The interior has been totally redone like no other Ocean Yacht on the market by the owner/craftsman. The head liners have been replaced and LED hockey puck lighting installed throughout the entire living space. The galley has quartz counter tops as does the dinette area. In the galley, all cabinetry has been replaced with beautiful custom crafted teak cabinets. A teak and holly sole covers the galley floor. Luxurious, plush, wall to wall carpeting cover the entire yacht except for the two heads which have the same teak and holly floor as the galley. The spacious salon has a beautiful L shaped brushed leatherette couch, custom crafted teak coffee table finished with high gloss polyurethane. The same applies to the starboard side custom crafted console that house a large screen TV and ice maker. Bose sound system throughout the salon.
Below decks you will find the master stateroom with custom cabinetry, oversize double berth and TV. Starboard is the master head with Vacu Flush toilet and shower. To the port is the guest stateroom with side by side single berths, custom cabinets and TV. Forward of the guest stateroom is the is the guest head, Vacu Flush toilet and shower.
The bridge helm station has up dated electronics and a brand new EZ 2 CY enclosure forward, with 40 mil port and starboard side windows.
Custom crafted teak covering boards and cockpit deck were recently installed by the owner.
