A recent bottom job was done at a shipyard and recently put back in a slip. There are many recent updates.
Recently replaced Bimini Top, helm cover and lazy jacks cover. Fresh upholstery in the Salon and stateroom. Fresh batteries and fresh battery tender. Working air conditioning on shorepower. Garmin Depthsounder, Autopilot and speed instruments.
Sail area 464 square feet. The sail area of the main 228.58 square ft. Fore sail area 235.9 square ft. 3,530 LB lead ballast. Hull speed of 6.92 knots.
The owner tells us that she is ready to sail away with a good running Yanmar Diesel motor.
