The current owner is only the second owner of this Nova 36 and he has meticulously cared for her for 24+ years. She is a great value for a spacious coastal/liveaboard cruiser.
Guest cabin forward with a Pullman double berth with storage under to port, a hanging locker and settee to starboard.
Next aft is a very functional U-shaped galley to port and the enclosed guest head to starboard.
Up four steps to the salon with the lower helm station to starboard, four sofa chairs and a fold-down dinette table, folding blinds and ample storage lockers both port and starboard.
Moving aft down four steps to the master cabin which features a king-size centerline island berth with cabinets and drawers to both port and starboard. Two hanging lockers are to port and the enclosed head with vanity and separate stall shower to starboard.
All lighting is LED.
From the salon, up four steps to the sundeck and up another four steps to the flybridge with L-shaped settee to starboard, helm chair forward and settee to port.
