The Norseman 480 is a quality, fast trawler with conservatively classic lines. Her layout is simple and thoughtful. Comfortable for two couples yet one couple can easily handle.
This classic 48ft Flybridge Motoryacht draws from the very successful Norseman sailboat lineage and gets a lot from her heritage. Norseman has done a great job providing a comfortable and well thought out use of space paired with good quality. One of the top features I noticed is the unobstructed access to all points from bow to stern that makes line handling easy for one person to handle.
The full beam master stateroom has amazing headroom.
Located midship at the lowest center of gravity s going to provide quiet and sleep.
Large size bed with full walkaround, two nightstands and wall mounted smart TV.
19-inch stainless deck hatch and 3 stainless steel port holes provide fresh air in wanted.
Head with separate, spacious stall shower with stainless deck hatch. Head compartment has AC and solar powered ventilation.
2 cedar lined hanging closets with lighting. plenty of additional storage.

The cockpit is open and spacious. It can be outfitted with gear for fishing, diving swimming, lounging. New lighting and rear view digital ,Raymarine camera.

Table is removeable. The port and starboard transom doors give easy access to the swim platform.
She is comfortable and well laid out for entertaining or for a couple to live aboard and still have space for visits by guests or grandkids. The boat feels much bigger than her length designator of 48. Notice the high rails on the bow that provide extra safety at sea. This is a great boat that is easy to handle with a focus on safety and visibility and comfort aboard. The salon and galley are one level. It is one step up to the helm. It is three steps down to the accommodations. The teak steps to the flybridge are actual steps with room for your feet to stand. It is not a ladder.
Solid stainless railing for added safety and comfort.
