"Peety" is in stunning overall condition, constantly upgraded by her current and past owner! Bottom painted and hull waxed and zincs replaced this late fall. Full engine service about to be completed for turn key early spring use (32 days till spring!)
Her interior features new cabin cushions, high end mattresses for the v-berth, and retractable window treatments. Twin fridge/freezers, 2 burner electric stove, microwave oven and all plates, cups and flatware and Nespresso coffee maker! Recent upgrade to the boat was a 2022 Seakeeper 3000, S/N 2123170. Cost to install was over 45K! No MORE Roll! Electronics, GPS and auto pilot and VHF are also very recent and is excellent working order. Bow thruster makes handling a breeze!

"Peety's" generator is a Northern Lights 5.5kW generator with 1500 original hours in sound shield, the generator started easily and ran well during sea trial under load. Model M673M-5.5 KW SN.6732-25876C
"Peety's" dingy is a 2023 Highfield CL260 PVC aluminum floor RIB with a 6hp 4 stroke Tohatsu w/6 gal. gas tank. Hull # HFM335281223. New Weaver davits installed 5/25!
