The Nordic Tug 26 is a remarkably spacious and comfortable design, with built in quality, meant safety and long-term value. Underway she cruises comfortably, speed varying depending on whether Yanmar 77hp or Yanmar 110hp  installed.  

The Nordic Tug 26 was retired in 1997 after 17 years of production. More than 175 Tugs were built during the production run.

Scope of Work Performed Underwater inspection and cleaning of running gear and hull

Anode replacement and visual assessment of propeller condition

General bottom condition inspection and cleaning Service Summary Service was

completed within the one-hour minimum.

During inspection, corrosion damage was observed on the propeller.

The extent of deterioration suggests the propeller will likely require replacement in the near future. The following anodes were serviced: Installed new shaft anode 1 1/4”. Replaced skeg anode and rudder anode. Hull bottom condition indicates the vessel is due for bottom paint. Recommendations: 1) Evaluate and plan for propeller replacement, 2) Schedule bottom paint service
