Always a fresh water boat, Gandalf was built in Canada by Hinterhoeller Yachts from the lines of famous designer German Frers. With a racing pedigree and nice accommodations below, the 31 fits the needs of today's racer/cruiser. A recently added Harken roller furling makes the day sailing even easier. Self-tailing winches, lines led aft, and a manageable sail plan adds to the ease. Below there is a large v berth forward followed by the head and vanity sink to port. Opposite to starboard are drawer storage and a hanging locker. The salon has a drop down table which makes another double berth with seats forward and aft. On starboard is a settee with lee cloth. A stand up nav station is to port with electronics panels. The galley is to starboard with engine access under the steps. There is storage under the berths and cubbies all around. The Westerbeke 21 HP diesel with 2 blade folding prop is most efficient and running as it should. The owner has a business that is taking more of his time which prompts the sale. Located at our marina in Buffalo, NY, the Niagara 31 will be a nice addition to your sailing lifestyle. Priced for a quick sale, well below others on the market; needs some cosmetic clean up; it surly will not last long!
