Knot 2 Late is a quality US built Pilothouse Motor Yacht that is ready to cruise or serve as a liveaboard. Her 370 HP Volvo Penta diesels are a good match for this boat and provide very efficient cruising. At approximately 2500 rpm you will expect a very economical and comfortable cruise in the mid to upper teens. The 57 Navigator Rival provides a dry and stable ride with little roll. She handles equally well in close quarter handling and docking. Knot 2 Late is a well-maintained vessel with low engine hours of 1670 on each engine and two 15kw Kohler generators with 2150 and 1059 hours. She is well maintained by an experienced and knowledgeable boater. Recent service records and oil samples are available upon request, Knot 2 Late offers an exceptional value for your boating desires. Her 4' 9" draft will give you the ability to cruise the destinations of your choice in comfort or just enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor space to lounge or entertain.
Starting aft you will be impressed by the large swim platform for access to the water and access to the spacious cockpit. The cockpit is a perfect place to entertain or enjoy evening cocktails. Forward are two sliding glass doors that provide entry to the Main Salon with an L Shaped settee on the Starboard side. The Salon also features comfortable seating on the Port Side with the comfort you would expect. Looking forward to the Salon you will find the entertainment center with a Samsung 32: TV and Bose Surround sound. The large windows all have blinds, and the sliding doors have curtains for privacy. Cabinets line the lower half of the port side including one panel for DC and AC circuit breakers.
As you walk forward, you step up to the galley and pilothouse area, where mahogany steps lead up to the flybridge. The galley is well equipped with all the comforts of home including a Vitri Fridge and Freezer, Induction cooktop, Double basin molded sink, Microwave oven, Corian counter tops and generous storage drawers and cabinets. The Dinette is port and features an L shaped Corian tabletop with comfortable seating for 4 or 5 plus the helm seat for 6. It is a bright area with large windows and great for indoor meals or entertainment. The Helm and Captain’s chair are to the starboard side and offer electronics and features including the ICOM VHF Radio, Bennet Trim Tab Controls, back up Simrad Camera, Simrad Auto Pilot, Vetus Bow Thruster controls, Sea Dog Spotlight controls and Muir Windlass controls as well as Radar and Garmin Chart Plotter. There is an access door starboard of the Helm Seat for access to the foredeck or to side load guests. It is an easy walk to the foredeck which is protected by stainless steel rails up to the pulpit. Under the companionway steps from the main salon to the galley, you’ll find a large storage area and a secondary lockable engine room door. The area does have some mechanical units, such as pumps, but is suitable for additional storage. The adjoining engine room is very well laid out, with room to maneuver around both engines. The mahogany staircase to the flybridge is well designed and provides easy access to the spacious flybridge. The helm is to starboard forward with a bench seat at the helm. There is generous seating and a wet bar aft. There is seating that divides the flybridge from the davit and 12’ Tender and Outboard that goes with the boat. The Bridge electronics mirror the electronics at the lower helm and there is an EPRIB as well. Below decks accommodation includes three staterooms and two heads. Forward is a VIP Stateroom, an upper and lower berth stateroom, a portside head and portside head with a separate stall shower. The washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs in the companionway with a conveniently located hanging locker. Both Staterooms offer generous storage, and the VIP has its own TV. The full beam Master Stateroom has an ensuite master head forward in the stateroom which features Corian countertops, Molded sink, large, mirrored medicine cabinet, separate shower stall and provides a private head for the master stateroom. The Master also features a nightstand, a beautiful and large makeup table, a 32” Samsung TV, generous storage and dedicated climate control. Knot 2 Late is a very well-maintained vessel and a great value.
