  • S/S tiller steering in self-bailing cockpit with teak strips on sole.
  • Blue Dodger.
  • Double S/S wire lifelines new 2024.
  • S/S stanchions (one new 2024, all others are good).
  • Teak exterior trim with Sikkens Cetol light finish.
  • New August 2024 one 5 lb LPG tank.
  • Rudder stuffing box replaced.
  • Fiberglass decks are believed to be cored fiberglass, and painted beige in 2017.
  • Large forward hatch.

Fuel: 20 gallons in aluminum tank.

Water: 60 gallons in 3 poly tanks under settee.

  • 1997 installed Yanmar 3GM30F, 27 hp diesel, 3 cylinder, FWC; Serial # EZ0559.
  • Engine hours are approximately 890-900 - no hour meter.
  • KM2P transmission, 2.2:1.
  • S/S shaft with dripless shaft seal.
  • Folding two blade bronze prop.
  • Bronze seacocks.


ELECTRICAL:

  • 12V DC only with circuit breaker panel.
  • 2022 two deep cycle lead acid batteries, one for house, one for engine start, with battery switch.
  • One 12V bilge pump; one new manual bilge pump.


ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • Sleeps 8.
  • Forward cabin has a berth port and starboard, which hinge up to access sail locker.
  • Next aft is an enclosed head to port and hanging locker to starboard.
  • Main salon has pilot berths on each side that pull out, with extension transom berths under, and a drop leaf table between.
  • Storage lockers under and outboard.
  • The galley is aft to starboard with Nav table to port.
  • There are quarter berths aft on each side with lockers under and outboard.
  • The engine is located under the companionway.
