40' Nauticat '85 "Bad Kitty"
REDUCED TO SELL IMMEDIATELY!
This Sparkman and Stephens design sailing vessel provides comfort and safety for blue-water cruising, off-shore anchoring and marina live-aboard life style. The Nauticat sailboats built in Finland were constructed for the notorious rough sea conditions typical of the area. Cruiserââ¬â¢s touches include: furling head sail and in-boom furling, full battened main sail; Hydro vane self-steering and emergency rudder; water maker; 3-blade feathering Max Prop and plenty capacity for fuel and water. Creature comforts provided by the ability to create a fully or partially enclosed cockpit for sun, wind and rain protection; pilot house with excellent visibility and protected steering/navigation station and dining area; forced air diesel heating; and an unusually large upright refrigerator over freezer. The aft Captainââ¬â¢s Cabin has a large bed, two hanging closets, storage cupboards, sitting table, and head with Lavac toilet and separate shower. The door leading forward of the galley isolates the second stateroom containing the V-berth, closet, storage cupboards and shower/head combination. Bad Kitty has as much use-able space as 42ââ¬â¢ or 44ââ¬â¢ sailboats but is not too big to be cumbersome, not too small to be cramped. A much loved cruiser/live-aboard sailboat.
