The 41'Morgan Out Island Sloop is by far one of the most well built cruising vessels ever built, and is rigged for Single Handed Sailing. " Monaree" has an abundance of living space, clean wide decks, large engine room, good ventilation with an abundance of opening ports, center cockpit and excellent sailing performance. Powered by an upgraded 2004 Westerbeke engine with only 685 hours, she is only being sold due to the owner passing away. She offers sleeping accommodations for 6 in fore and aft staterooms, convertible dinette, and settee, multiple opening ports and hatches, fore and aft full Head compartments and Spacious Salon. The cockpit has single level seating with additional seating built into the aft cabin Coach Roof, also providing access to the Aft Cabin. The keel was completely reglassed with heavy duty gauge fiberglass, she has Harken Reefer Roller Furling on main and jib, Lewmar and Barient winches. She needs a little cosmetic clean up inside but is structurally and mechanically sound.
