Sliding doors lead from the cockpit to an upscale salon with large windows providing lots of natural light. Cherry woodwork, plush carpeting, and leather upholstery make the interior comfortable and inviting. The seating area is aft with port side L-shaped settee with coffee table. To starboard is a seating area and entertainment center. The galley is forward port side with cherry cabinets, solid surface countertop with integrated double sink, range with oven, a refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, and microwave oven.
There are three staterooms, TV, DVD, and stereo controls. The guest stateroom has a queen berth with under-berth storage. The guest/day head has a vanity, shower, and toilet. The forward master stateroom features an island queen berth, under-berth storage, drawer storage, and two hanging lockers. The en suite master head has a vanity with sink, toilet, and shower stall. The third cabin is a convertible lounge with folding twin berths.
Anita Jo is powered by twin 330-hp Cummins diesel engines with only 910 hours. A Cummins generator provides offshore electrical power and a reverse cycle HVAC system maintains interior comfort. - Supply and Installed new Generator, new exhaust hoses, installed new exhaust muffler and associated fittings, brackets. Test ran and confirmed all functions.
- Re-configured and re-set battery boxes and ran new battery cables as needed. Filled, charged, and tested all batteries.
- Installed 2 each new batteries for house bank as needed.
- Replaced all hoses on all scupper drains and checked for leaks.
- Re-packed both rudder glands with new packing
- Supplied and installed new black water holding tank, using all new PVC fittings.
- Removed, tested, cleaned and inspected high level alarm sender unit for black water holding tank.
- Remove and replace both PSS shaft seals with new (TIDES) seals, also installed all new clamps and new silicone rubber boots.
- Installed two new SS exhaust cans and associated gaskets, insulation wraps on both main engines.
- Replaced any suspect raw water hoses.
- Pulled both heat exchangers and Barnicle Busted them, rodded them, flushed and inspected, then re-installed them. Installed new zincs.
- Changed out rusty exhaust clamps on both engine exhaust hoses, install all new SS clamps.
- Inspected and re-programed AC battery charging unit. Function tested, charging all three banks properly.
- Fly Bridge chart plotter repaired as needed, function checked and woks properly.
- Installed a new upgraded Vacuflush unit for aft toilet.
- Replaced old raw water lines to Salon and Stateroom A/C units, using new 5/8” marine grade hose.
- Replaced drain lines on salon and stateroom A/C units using clear PVC hose.
- Repaired canvas cover for dingy.
- Removed old style TV and replaced with a new, HD, flat screen, SMART TV.
- Installed new lift system.
- Reframed and re-worked the starboard side of the bed, making a step and mid platform, to allow for an easier access to the bed
- Installed new zincs on both main shafts, wire brushed and inspected the other zincs on trim tabs and at transom, they were at approx.. 85% left.
- Installed all new zincs in both main engines.
- 2026 Installed new raw water impellers and new “O” rings for pumps in both main engines.?
- 2026 replaced circulating water pump on main engine.
- 20226 replaced both main engine serpentine belts.
- 2026 Removed cleaned and re-installed both transmission coolers, topped off transmission fluid.
- 2026 Drained, flushed and refilled both main engines with new antifreeze, tested and confirmed proper PH in both.
- 2026 Removed and inspected both after coolers, discarded old aftercoolers and supplied and installed new after-coolers and associated gaskets and hoses and clamps on both main engines.
- 2026 Checked both 6” hoses, mufflers and clamps for main engine exhaust.
- 2026 Installed new potable water pressure supply pump, switch and new suction screen.
- April, 2026, changed oil and filters in both main engines.
- April 2026, cleaned, then serviced both main engine air filters with K&N recharger kit.
- April 2026, changed oil and filter in generator engine.
- 2026 changed impellor in raw water pump for generator engine.
- 2026 installed new VacuFlush unit for mid ship toilet.
- 2026 Installed new macerator pump for holding tank discharge.
