Brokers Note: Recent mechanical inspection has shown that the #6 cylinder in the port engine has a low compression reading of 110. All other compression reading were between 170-190. There is also some structural damage in the engine room with the bulkhead showing signs of wood rot. All stringers appear to be in good condition, but until survey it is only speculative.
